Who we are

flowxscale LLC, with its principal place of business in Cape Town, South Africa, is the responsible party for this website. Earshot is its product. Write to hi@flowxscale.com about anything in this notice.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the pilot form: your business name, what you do, your suburb and your WhatsApp number. We use those four details to contact you about the Cape Town pilot and for nothing else. They are stored with Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting provider, and deleted when the pilot closes or when you ask, whichever comes first.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The two demo players load audio from this site only.

Server logs

Cloudflare records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time) to serve the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps them for a short period. We do not use them to identify visitors, and we do not store your IP address with your form entry.

If you email or message us

We keep your correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of our dealings. We do not add you to any list.

Earshot subscribers

This notice covers the website only. A subscriber's voice sample, scripts, recordings and business details are processed under their subscription agreement and the voice-clone consent policy.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to hi@flowxscale.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

We will update this notice here and change the date at the top.
