Voice-clone consent
Your voice is yours. This is what we do with it, and what we never do.

Consent comes first
We clone a voice only after the owner has given written consent, and we record the date of that consent against the subscription. No sample is uploaded and no clone is made before then. The person who gives consent must be the person whose voice it is.
What we clone
A sample of about two minutes that you record yourself, reading text we give you. The sample and the clone are created and held with ElevenLabs under our account, and are not shared with anyone else.
What the clone is used for
- Your weekly episodes, narrated from scripts you have approved on WhatsApp.
- Your jingle and radio tags.
- The WhatsApp and voice agent for your business, where your subscription includes it.
Never for another business, never for anything you have not approved, and never for a script that was not drafted from your own business facts. Every published episode and post carries the line: "This article and episode were drafted with AI and approved by [your name]. Please use your own judgement."
Withdrawing consent
Write to hi@flowxscale.com at any time. We delete the clone and the sample within 30 days of your request or of your cancellation, whichever comes first, and confirm in writing when it is done. Episodes already published stay published unless you ask for them to come down too.
