This website
earshot.co.za is published by flowxscale LLC, Cape Town, South Africa. You may read it, link to it and share it. The demo audio on it is fictional: the business in the demo does not exist, and the voice is a stock voice, not a clone of any person.
We keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it is free of errors or always reachable, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it beyond what South African law requires.
Subscriptions
- A subscription runs month to month. There is no contract term; cancel at any time and it ends at the close of the month you have paid for.
- Prices are in South African rand. VAT is added where it applies.
- Advertising spend is billed to you by Google directly. We do not mark it up.
- A once-off launch fee covers your voice clone, jingle, site and search term. It is waived for the founding businesses of the Cape Town pilot, whose monthly price stays where it is for as long as they stay.
- Your jingle is yours for life, including after you cancel.
- Your voice is cloned only with your written consent, under the voice-clone consent policy, and every published episode and post says it was drafted with AI and approved by you.
- The subscription agreement you sign governs the subscription; where it and this page differ, the agreement applies.

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
